Female
1.Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
2.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3.Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
4.Strong organizational and time management skills.
5.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
6.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7.Experience in recruitment within the same Industry(Paper, Diaper, FMCG only non Food)
