JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business course, or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-3 years of experienced employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Supervise recruitment activities of promotions, productions, staff level to supervisory positions from prescreening to placement following the standard hiring procedure.Implement various recruitment strategies such as job advertisements on JobStreet and in newspapers, job fairs at municipalities, barangays, schools, or universities, and other means as necessary.Conduct re-assessment interviews for staff level and above positions employing a competency-based approach. Endorse short-listed candidates to the HRMD Manager or to the Office of the President for further interviews as needed.Prepare newly hired employees' 201 file, employment contract, and other pertinent documents for employment.Monitor manpower requirements of respective departments.Maintain a pool of candidates by monitoring existing files of applicants for future requirements.Establish and maintain a network with various schools and job agencies to improve sourcing.Prepare recruitment, headcount, personnel movement, and other manpower reports.GENERAL ADMINISTRATION: Coordinate with department heads and supervisors in the implementation of company and HRMD policies and programs when necessary.Assist in the continuous evaluation to improve HRMD plans and programs to ensure compliance with ISO requirements.Function in customer service in the absence of the person in charge.Carry out special tasks or projects that may be assigned.Perform work meeting customers' and other regulatory requirements to support achieving quality objectives consistent with the quality policy of the unit.
