- Look for potential candidates on job sites, social media, and through referrals.
- Check resumes to see if candidates have the right qualifications.
- Talk to candidates on the phone or via video to see if they're a good fit.
- Discuss and agree on salary and benefits with selected candidates.
- Help new employees settle in and understand the company.
- Keep track of numbers and information about hiring.
- Connect with possible future employees even if there are no job openings.
- Encourage fairness and diversity in hiring.
