Responsibilities:Responsible for job vacancies postings/advertisements. Coordinates with manpower agencies and head hunters for critical and hard-to-fill jobs.Conduct screening/interview of applicants.Administer a series of tests to applicants to determine fitness to job requirements of the company.Schedule and coordinate with the requesting department interview schedules and candidate's status.Conduct background investigations of job applicants.Make recommendations to hire based on results of evaluations.Ensure that qualified candidates complete pre-employment requirements such as PEME and submit pre-employment documents.Ensure that onboarding requirements are prepared and completed before endorsement to the requesting department.Ensure the personal data of new employees are entered into the HRC system and manpower master list.Assist in internal and external audits related to recruitment.Education / Work Experience:Graduate of any behavioral or business-related college course.At least two (2) years relevant experience in an HR generalist role, preferred but not required.Familiarity with different HR functions.Licensed Psychometrician is an advantage but not required.Required Skills / Knowledge:Strong analytical skills, provide recommendations and keen attention to detail.Ability to effectively communicate with persons inside and outside the organization and maintain good interpersonal relationships.Must have the ability to handle confidential information.Job Types:Full-time, Permanent
Pay:Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
