JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible in sourcing of applicants based on the approved manpower request,
Conducts initial interview to qualified candidates and objectively decides the result,
Coordinates to all interviewers/supports for the interview schedule and target applicants,
Responsible in coordination with the 3rd party/recruitment service provider for the support in sourcing.
