Hr - Recruitment Specialist

General Duties:

1.
Develop a HRD Recruitment & Staffing Strategy:
HRD Recruitment & Staffing Officer must have a set of guidelines that are align with the organization's long term or short term goals.
2.
Designing the HRD Recruitment & Staffing Services and Processes:
HRD Recruitment & Staffing Officer must determine the Section's physical organization structure, Functions and Composition of HRD Recruitment & Staffing Services and Processes.
3.
Planning and Controlling:
HRD Recruitment & Staffing Officer, must conduct its activity according to set plans and programs in Recruitment, Screening, Pooling and Assigning qualified key personnel that should be doing the assigned functions required by the organization respective departments and making sure that required tasks and responsibilities are getting done.

Improving the performance of the HRD Recruitment & Staffing Section
