Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in Philippine labor laws to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring compliance with local employment regulations. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across various functions. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to identify and engage potential candidates. Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit within the organization. Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices align with Philippine labor laws, including proper documentation and adherence to employment regulations. Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture and operations. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions on recruitment best practices and compliance for HR team members and hiring managers. Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and trends to HR leadership.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on the Philippine labor market. Experience in BPO industry and worked for international companies.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using HRIS and recruitment software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
