Hr Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:

- In charge of an end to end recruitment process
- Closely coordinates with Regional and Department Directors for manpower requirements
- Actively posts in job portals and social media sites
- Conducts initial assessment and interview with applicants
- Facilitates discussion of job offer
- Conducts background check for every considered applicant
- Assists and monitors pre-employment requirements of a new hire, up to onboarding and orientation

Qualifications:

- Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relative experience handling the supervisory position in the Retail or Fastfood industry.
- With broad exposure and knowledge in end to the end recruitment process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and excellent time management skills
- Goal-driven and with effective decision-making ability
- Can work under pressure and able to balance multiple priorities
- Energetic, must be resourceful and with a high sense of urgency.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Makati City

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
