Hr Recruitment Specialist

**Summary**

**Main Duties**

1.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
2.
Determine selection criteria.
4.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
6.
Design interview questions that reflect each position's requirements or job descriptions.
7.
Lead employer branding initiatives.
8.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Ensure completion of all necessary requirements (contracts, Documentation requirements, and coordination of availability of medical clearance) to ensure successful process from hiring to on-boarding.
11.
Handles Employee separation Process

12.
Assists in the execution of Employee Engagement Committee's activities.
13.
Help maintain current HR files and 201 records.
14.
Follow the operations strategy according to the long-term company objectives.
15.
Reaching the goals set out in the company plan and budget.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
