Job description:Assists in the implementation and execution of various internal and external talent acquisition strategies to support the company's hiring requirementsConduct interviews and test assessments and ensure that all candidates are being assessed and selected as per the standard, guidelines and organizational recruitment strategy of the company.Collects and monitors completion of pre-employment requirements for 201 filing purposes.Act as buddy for new hires. Provide appropriate orientation and onboarding as needed by the new Members. Gives new hires the information, technology and reference materials necessary to perform their jobs.Maintain hiring statistics reports specifying the various sourcing techniques and status report giving detailed information on the employment activity.Vendor Management and Adhoc Tasks Management and maintain Applicant Tracking System.Performs other job related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or any related field from a reputable university.Minimum of two [2] years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on technical hirings.Strong knowledge of Talent acquisition regulations, labor laws, disciplinary procedures and HR best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.Willing to work at 10 Evangelista Street, Santolan, Pasig CityPay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
