Job Description

The Talent Attraction Intern is a Talent Attraction Team partner for organizing the administrative tasks and other recruitment related activities. The talent Attraction Intern help the Talent Attraction team deliver results in the areas of :
New Hire Onboarding  Collect and process the pre-employment requirements of upcoming new hires such as: 201 files ( critical pre-employment requirements and internal documentsMedical endorsement and consultation Background check monitoring Hiring Execute intern hiring process from sourcing to onboarding such as: job posting paper screening and initial interview scheduling of interview with the hiring team onboarding: collection of requirementsAssist the Talent Attraction team in hiring activities
Qualifications

Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, BS Business Administration major in Human Resource or any related course Onboarding Requirements: Officially enrolled in a universityAt least on its penultimate yearEnrolled in an internship subjectWith good scholastic records duly endorsed by the schoolAble to pass the pre-internship requirements

Additional Information

Work set-up hybrid Required hours: 360 or up
