- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge of and skills in HR recruitment and talent acquisition procedures and practices.

**Responsibilities**:
A.
Recruitment
- Responsible in administering the company's end-to-end recruitment process: manpower planning, selection, placement, and onboarding.
- Responsible for the acquisition of human resource of the company by sourcing and maintaining power pool, talent database, and recruitment materials.
- Ability to craft and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that will help expedite the search for crucial talents.
- Conducts initial screening of applicants for rank and file and senior positions thru phone interview, paper screening, and face-to-face interview based on the basic qualification standards set by the company.
- Administers employment examination and prepares comprehensive report of the examination conducted.
- Assists newly hired employees in the completion of their pre-employment documentary requirements.
- Reviews and analyzes all the memoranda of agreement and related documents, contracts, and partnership with service provider relevant to recruitment.
- Assists in developing, updating, and maintaining an effective onboarding program.
- Prepares, processes, and maintains confidential and records of employees (in electronic and printed format).
B.
Administration
- Provides general office support services; drafts and/or processes a variety of correspondence and other communications.
- Sets up and maintains reference files/records (electronic and paper).
- Schedules appointments/meetings, monitors deadlines, etc.
- Undertakes research on a range of HR-related issues and assists in the preparation of notes/reports.
- Maintains automated database containing HR-related statistics and prepares periodic reports.
- Performs other duties as required.
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
