Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs;
- Partner with supervisor to set recruiting strategy
- Open and manage requisitions
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Responsible for development, implementation and administration of recruitment programs
- Direct the activities of a team who assist with development of innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of client.
- Execution of initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective clients
- Provides recruitment support & initiate project to achieve manpower targets
- Administering appropriate company assessments;
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved;
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process;
- Facilitate call outs to new hires/ transfers and cascade training/ orientation details to ensure prevention of unwanted fallout due to changes;
- Conduct thorough background checks on new hires / applicants and ask for new references as needed;
- Ensure assigned site's or clients' efficiency and full compliance on background check process and documents;
- Prepare weekly reports based on function and need;
- Rotate to other tasks that superiors may assign across different recruitment functions as needed to promote a robust back up system and maintain the cross functional skill set of the team.
