Details of the offer

1. Based on the needed of existing business development, assist supervisors to determine recruitment targets, summarize the number of positions and personnel requirements, and set up and implement recruitment plans.
2. Advertisement of job demand information and keep the company's image well.
3. Collect resumes, classify and screen resumes, arrange job interviews, determine the interview list, notify applicants to come for interviews (preliminary examination), conduct preliminary interview (preliminary examination) assessment and scoring of candidates, and issue comprehensive evaluation opinions.
4. Responsible for establishing the enterprise's talent pool, doing a good job in resume management and information confidentiality.
