QUALIFICATIONS:

-Graduate of Human Resource or any business course
-With background in end to end recruitment process
-Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
-Must be flexible and with strong personality
-Located in Naga City or Legazpi City

Duties and Responsibilities

-Responsible for recruitment of both office and off-site needs.
-Connect effectively with management as well as the corporate office to ensure recruitment goals are being met.
-Assist applicants with completing the application.
-Other recruitment-related tasks assigned or other task assigned by HR Manager.
