What you'll do & how you'll make your mark. Assists the Recruitment Officer in all Recruitment tasks as assigned. Sources candidates to fill-in the vacant positions needed by the company. Schedules and conducts preliminary screening of candidates. Assists and coordinates schedules for final interviews. Prepares internal advertisement for internal hiring needs. Assists Recruitment Officer in the pre-qualification process for internal hiring. Prepares and discusses employment job offer to chosen candidates. Ensures that recruitment needs will be met in accordance with the company's standard. Prepares company pre-employment forms needed for new hires. Assists Recruitment Officer in reviewing the completeness of all pre-employment forms and pre-employment requirements. Assists in the orientation of newly hired employees. Who you are & what you'll need to succeed. Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or any HR related courses.
