Hr Recruiter - 24K Salary - Makati With Incentives

QUALIFICATIONS:• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.• Must have at least 1 year of experience in related work position• Must communicate and work effectively in English (oral and written form)• Must be well-versed with Microsoft programs and Google Suites• Must be well-organized and strict with implementing the rules• Outgoing and sociable personality• Must be willing to work onsite and in Makati City• Must be willing to work from Monday to SaturdayRESPONSIBILITIES:• Sourcing potential candidates from various channels online and offline.• Make necessary documents for recruitment.• Build up relations with schools and partners• Designing and updating job descriptions.• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates• Screen, Schedule, and Interview applicants.• Represent the company in job fairs and other recruiting events.
