Hr Project Management Senior Associate

LOCATION: Mandaluyong
SCHEDULE: Flexible Hours (APAC)
SETUP: Hybrid (2x onsite per week)

Qualifications:
*Minimum 3 years experience in HR project management
*Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems and best practices
*Familiarity with HRIS and automation tools
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
*Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities and stakeholder management
*Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
*Experience with Scrum/Agile methodology
*Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, RPA preferred
