In-depth knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.). Proficient level of English to ensure effective communication within a diverse workplace. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to understand and balance the needs of both employees and the organization. Ability to adapt to new environments and cultures, with a proactive approach to learning and development. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire at all levels within the organization.
