Hr Personnel

* Assist HR manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and regulations
* Oversee and manage employer-employee relationships
* Handle HR-related investigations and strong employee relation policy
* Compile and update employee records
* Assist in payroll preparations
* Monitor admin related activities
* Monitor and control of cost with office supplies and others
* SSS, Philhealth and Pag-IBIG Fund company coordinator
* Implement and monitor the policies execution
* VISA and AEP processing for Foreign Nationals

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent
* Well organized with a high sense of urgency and accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings
* Understanding and executing employment laws and regulations
* Experience in foreign nationals working visa and working permit processing.

• Salary Range – to be discussed during the interview with the client company
• Work Location - Binan Laguna
• Work Schedule - 8am to 5pm, Mondays to Saturdays
