The Role Your responsibilities will include:
Administers employee benefits programs and ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations.Provides guidance and support to employees regarding company policies and procedures.Coordinates training and development activities for employees.Contributes to the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.Ideal Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in creating and delivering training programs for diverse employee groups.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and engage employees at all levels of the organization.What's on Offer?
