Job Description

People Services Specialist supports People Experience operations within the areas of attraction, retention and optimization with the goal of implementing and managing initiatives that will cultivate a healthy, sustainable, and productive environment.
Maintains and updates employee records in the physical 201 folders and in the HRIS Maintains the employee training record & ensures that training information is accurate & updatedUpdates employee records and ensures that employees and their dependents are included in all applicable benefits.Oversees employee offboarding with concerned stakeholders and ensures that the required employee clearance is routed to all departments so final pay is released as scheduledSupports and facilitates the New Hire Onboarding orientationsImplements site specific Culture and engagement programsPrepares timekeeping report for the site for endorsement to the payroll team and attends to timekeeping and payroll concernsEnsures completion of new hire pre-employment requirements and system login credentialsAttends and monitors employee-related queries, availment, and administration of company benefits.
Qualifications

Education: Graduate of any four (4)-year course related to Psychology, Human Resources, or Business AdministrationExperience: The position requires at least five (5) years of experienceUnderstanding of general human resources policies and proceduresOther Requirements: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skills
