Responsible to support the development and execution of organizational strategies and projects with a focus on talent management, recruiting, attraction and retention, selection and induction, performance management, and workforce planning? Identifies, creates, and carries out strategic organization effectiveness projects meant to improve workerengagement, performance, and development.? Oversees learning opportunities for functional departments and positions? Makes certain that the goals of the performance and development plans are based on the critical duties of the position and are connected to the achievement of departmental and strategic objectives.?
