Summary: The HR Administration Analyst will be responsible for the personnel administration in Mexico and Central America, through the maintenance and effective update of the employee information in the internal administration systems, in order with the objective to complying with the current legal regulations and guarantee the correct application of human resources processes; develop and implement new processes & improvements with cost and time impact.
Major Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining the employee information in HR systems of the company Ensuring be the same in SF, SAP, OP, in addition working with the Mgr's Business Unit to ensure the accurate and safe information, making changes in organizational structures, promotions and salary adjustments, complying with legal requirements, maintaining physical evidence (employee file).Tracking process for the correct payment of biweekly and weekly payroll.Recommend, develop, and implement new personnel administration processes, obtaining efficiencies in management and service.Work with recruitment area to ensure the hire of new employees to the company.Induction of benefits and HR systems for new employees. Responsible for Social Security benefits Ensuring each employee based on the company movements, that include new hires, terminations and pay adjustments, must be reported to IMSS complying with legal requirements (affiliation movements) ensuring the services in a timely manner to employees, avoiding government institution demands.
Coordination of entire termination process for professional employees Working with the areas involved to obtain the necessary information for their accurate execution intime and form; in addition, service to requests for legal letters and labor references to other companies. Responsible for Savings platform administration This includes, retirement, caja de ahorro, saving fund, relationships with vendors to solve operational issues; in addition, report employee movements (hires, terminations, dependents) for medical and life insurance benefit. Personnel attention to any issue or general inquiry for our employees in in site or by our AskHr platform. Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required: Processes of Human Resources and Personnel Administration HR Systems Administration (Success Factors / SAP), IMSS, Payroll, compensation, and benefits Skills and abilities: Ability to multitask different activitiesAbility to prioritize workLey Federal del Trabajo and IMSS knowledge (basic - intermediate)English proficiency Advanced preferred Attention and customer serviceAnalytical and synthesis capacityAnalysis and problem solvingProject managementExcel advanced Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree required, in Industrial Relations/ Human Resources / Administration or any related field Experience: Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in administration of HR, Personnel Administration and HR Systems, analysis and managing information to obtain HR metricsMust have advance knowledge in MS ExcelMust have basic knowledge in SAPMust be knowledgeable in any HR Systems Administration (Success Factors is highly preferred)Must be amenable to a night shift schedule (8:00 pm to 5:00 am) #LI-AG1
