Hr Operations Specialist

•Manage the employee inquiry process and ticket system within expected SLAs (service level agreements) and associated performance targets and metrics•Answering employee inquiries, resolving tickets and issues, and escalating / triaging issues to the right parties as appropriate related to benefits, payroll, compensation, and HR related policies•Process various HR transactions, including departures/retirements, mobility, relocation, job and pay changes, leave of absences, and immigration cases•Prepare ad hoc reports on a regular basis for analysis, compliance, and to monitor employee transactions that require departmental action•Administer exit process activities, such as exit interviews and surveys, communications, paperwork •Ensure HR documents are processed correctly and in timely manner according to legal requirements•Provide shared service support of Employee Relations activities, to include maintaining investigation files, case trackers, compliance materials, notes, etc•Respond to all external requests for basic information, including but not limited to verification of employment requests, retirement distributions and rollovers Minimum Requirements:
•Enthusiastic willingness to help team members•5+ years of years of experience in Human Resources and broad HR knowledge •2 years of experience conducting internal HR investigations and/or managing complex Employee Relations issues•Knowledge of US federal, state, and local employment law, administration of leaves of absences, ADA, accommodations, constructive counseling and best practices related to internal investigations•Experience handling high volume workload with shifting priorities / deadlines•Strong understanding and experience with HRIS systems
