The HR Operations Team are striving to become a global Centre of Excellence, delivering standardised, efficient, and scalable people operations services to the entire business, including employee and manager stakeholder groups in the UK, Australia, Philippines and a number of other countries. The HR Operations Manager is a key leadership and management position who will be expected to continue to evolve and enhance our service delivery, to meet this goal and as such there is plenty of scope for high impact, in alignment with corporate goals.
The HR Operations Manager plays a key role in process assurance of the HR service to ensure processes are completed within agreed service levels and the quality is high. As well as quality and efficient execution, we aspire to provide the full, end to end employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire) through the HR Operations Team and ensure that the team is the first port of call for HR customers, whether that is from wider people functions or the employee populations the team service. This means the role has a strong focus on continuous improvement and will be expected to drive further streamlining, automation and improvement of existing processes as well as playing a key role in the transition of new processes and activities. The role will ensure all processes meet the needs of the local businesses but remain globally consistent and compliant, providing a high-quality experience for users.
What can you bring to Tribal? Applicants should be driven and proactive, you will have at least a few years of in the HR industry. Ideally, you'll have experience of the following:
Experience managing day to day HR team operations, execution, and performance Experience in people management Experience in process transitions and improvements Experience in the HR full life cycle (hire to retire) would be hugely advantageous Experience in HR delivery in global or international environment (this role will cover overall regions in Tribal Group) Experience in HR databases and systems Other key role details: Monday to Friday, weekends off Predominantly remote (once every 3 months onsite / must be amenable to report occasional onsite when needed - Offices: Eton Centris QC & MOA Pasay) Mid shift schedule - 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm Why Tribal?
