Job Description: The HR Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the manpower service provider. The role involves ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to clients, maintaining high standards of service quality, and continuously improving operational processes. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing staff, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the organization. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of operational activities and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
Staff Management: Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct performance evaluations and implement staff development programs. Handle training, and retention of staff.
Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. Address and resolve client concerns and complaints promptly and effectively. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local labor laws. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service delivery. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for operational departments. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures. Provide regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manpower service provider industry. Proven experience in managing a team and handling client relationships.
Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR management software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of local labor laws and industry regulations.
