Come for the job and stay for the challenge!We are currently hiring for HR Onboarding Specialist to join our #iopexhappyatwork growing team!Job Description:• Must have at least 1 year of experience in HR Onboarding• Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tour• Introducing new hires to their team members• Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed• Detailing all new hires' initial tasks and answering any queriesRequirements:• Must be a College Graduate or equivalent• Experience within the BPO set up is a PLUS• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills• Literacy in various MSO applications: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel• Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to multi-task• Well-organized, and has a keen attention to details• Must be amenable to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig CityOther info:• Application Process: 1 Day hiring (Onsite process)• Work setup: Onsite (BGC, Taguig)• Schedule: Night/Shifting• Salary Range: Your current and expected salary as well as your interview with the hiring managers will be considered for the offer• Want to be an iOPEXian?
