Job Overview

The HR OJT (On-the-Job Trainee) will assist the HR Department, particularly in recruitment & engagement-related concerns with the approval and supervision of the HR Supervisor.
Qualifications

Graduating students of Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, HRD or equivalent.
Hardworking and willing to be trained
Can render at least 500 or more internship hours
Amenable to work from 3 PM-9 PM Mondays-Fridays
Can work onsite
Memorandum of Agreement from the school
Endorsement letter from the school
Current Study Load
Parent's Consent/Waiver
