In 2020, the firm admitted to the partnership Antonio Sanchez Jr. and Victoria Men?oza to form what is now MSMA. MSMA offers an array of services encompassing the entire business life cycle ? from inception to liquidation. Its core services include assurance, accounting, tax advocacy and compliance, corporate law advisory and business consultancy. About the role:  Shall directlyoversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee training and development, employee benefits, welfare and implementation of company policies and procedures. Qualifications: College graduate preferably AB/BS Psychology or BSBA major in Human Resource Management or any related fieldProfound understanding of the organizational behavior and the role of human resources.With at least 2-year work experience as HR Officer/SupervisorExperience in handling end-to-end recruitment, compensation & benefits (timekeeping and payroll) and Employee relationsHas basic understanding of Labor law and government mandated benefitsWith strong attention to detail, decision-making, planning, facilitation, and coachingExcellent in both oral and written communicationA good team player with leadership skills
