Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field
-5+ years of experience as an HR Training and Development Officer and Employee Engagement or a similar role
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong research, organizational, and planning skills
-Strong influencing skills, with the proven ability to build trusted relationships with staff members and managers and the ability to stimulate others to positive action.
-Strong communication outgoing, poised and persuasive communication style · Strong presentation and facilitation skills, engaging the commitment of others.
-Good understanding of the latest HR trends and the intersections between HR and culture
-Ability to drive ideas to execution and deliver results through and with people, including action plan implementation
-Ability to adapt and manage deliverables and resources in a changing environment · Demonstrated team player approach to work in a multi-cultural environment
-Collaborative decision-maker with excellent project management skills · Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
-Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company
-Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
-Organize training materials and oversee training programs
-Ensure that the planned training programs stay within budget
-Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management · Research the latest HR technologies and training software
-Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise
Employee Engagement:
-Responsible for design and coordination of HR Projects;
-Responsible for activities ensuring positive onboarding experience of new staff which includes;
-Planning and implementation of orientation training days for new staff; · Offer support for the orientation of new staff members as Welcome Coach; · Management of HR tool in this field;
-Identify areas of improvement in processes throughout the staff lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding;
-Coordinate the implementation and action planning for all employee engagement activities;
-Organization and execution of Recognition Programs;
-Responsible for staff engagement survey through the relevant HR tool, including negotiations with the vendor and budget allocation.
-Keeping abreast of the latest trends driving HR practices and innovations;
-Perform any other duties as required.
