Hr Officer - Payroll 15K To 25K Salary

Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**
- Monthly Time Keeping Data validation and preparation of payroll (15th & 30/31st)
- Manage and process monthly government statutory payment
- Computes the approved government benefits of employees (Sickness, Maternity and etc.)
and processes advance payments and secures reimbursement to respective government agencies
- Maintain knowledge of state and local payroll regulations and requirements to ensure compliance
- Assist in audits and data preparations
- Examine, review and interpret payroll accounting records to ensure accuracy.
- Support and prepare month end payroll reconciliation and accounting activities in timely manner
- Computes 13th month pay of employees and processes disbursement
- Reviews benefit program of the Company and creates proposals for improvement
- Prepares 1601-C of each company and submits to BIR portal
- Prepares BIR Alphabetical List (Alpha list) yearly
- Facilitates enrollment, deletion, upgrading of MBL, claim's reimbursement, comparative analysis for renewal, management of utilization reports of company's HMO
- Validates and computes the final pay of exited employee
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in HRDM, Psychology, Accounting or any related courses
- At least 1-3 years of End-to-End Payroll processing
- Process Driven individual
- Highly Organized
- Uses clear and concise oral / written communication skills
- Able to gather and interpret diverse source documents to ensure proper accounting of more complex transactions
- Strong analytical skills - uses awareness of expected results in the preparation and review of entries, statements, or reports; identifies, analyzes, and resolves routine variances and discrepancies
- With experience in handling HRIS and other payroll related system is a must.
- Willing to Work at Santolan, Pasig City

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
