Hr Officer - Organization Development

A client, a known real estate comanpy in Makati is looking to hire an HR Officer - Organization Development with the following qualifications:

-Must be a college graduate
-Must have three (3) years of relevant experience handling organization development functions such as but not limited to: performance management, training needs analysis, help implement change/optimization projects, roll out culture audits and/or climate surveys etc.
-Highly analytical, flexible and possesses excellent communication skills
-Willing to work onsite in Makati from Mondays to Fridays
