Hr Officer (Muntinlupa)

• Responsible for the complete support of the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Providing counseling on
policies and procedures of the company and DOLE.
• Actively involved and
responsible in recruitment of new employees for both contractual and
full-time
• Processes employee-related administrative work
• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the office, making sure office is run like a tight ship.
• Coordinates with the Pantry Manager to make sure upkeep is intact at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science or any related course to Human Resource Management
• At least five (5) years experience doing Human Resources work, supervisory role a major plus
