Job Description - Arranges oversee travel and visa of employees and expats for compliance to regulatory
- Manages the application of pertinent licenses and permits for the office and business
- Manages HR Data and Systems
- Recruitment: Handles sourcing up to hiring; employee onboarding, engagement
- Handles employee disputes and grievances and deals with employee concern and
other labor matters
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications Requirement
- At least 2 years experience in HR in manufacturing industry
- Familiar with local laws, regulations and labor policies
- Experience working in a Japanese company English Level Business
