Hr Officer

**Job Qualifications**
- 5 years or more of relevant experience
- Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management or any related course
- Master's Degree is an advantage
- With good English communications skills both spoken and written
- Well experienced in Strategic HR (Training and Development, Performance Management System, Labor and Employee Relations)
- Experience as an HR Generalist is an advantage
- Knowledge in Government-mandated Benefits and Labor Law is a plus
- Very high attention to details
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationship with colleagues, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
**Brief Description of the Job**

**RECRUITMENT**
- Conduct final interview and make recommendations to management

**COMPENSATION and BENEFITS**
- Ensure on-time remittances of government contributions
- Analyze and make recommendations for applicable additional company benefits package based on the capacity of the company

**TRAINING and DEVELOPMENT**
- Spearhead Training Needs Analysis
- Create training matrix and training plan for employees
- Facilitate training of employees
- Conduct cascading of policies and procedures to employees

**PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT**
- Create performance management system applicable to the company
- Identify Competencies and KPI needed for each rank/position

**LABOR and EMPLOYEE RELATIONS**
- Create company policies and procedures and ensure alignment to the minimum standard mandated by law.
- Draft memorandum in relation to new updates from different government agencies such as BIR, DOLE, SSS, PAG-ibig, PhilHealth, etc.
- Cascade updates to employees
- Handle Administrative cases of employees with major cases.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
