DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF ADMIN OFFICER

Check the Contractor's & Supplier's weekly payroll
Check Employee's Leave and Update Employee's Leave in Excel file and in Google Sheet
Check truck Overtime (OT's)
Prepare Memos of Employee's violation and other types of memo.
Prepare cleaning schedule for kitchen & Bathroom ( only for stay - in Employees in the warehouse)
Fire safety protocol
Schedule and Monitor Machine maintenance / change oil of Trucks in every 1.5 months
Supervise Stockman and Material controller.
Hiring New Employees and Conduct Employee's Orientation


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
