Hr Officer

**_JOB PURPOSE: _**

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for coordinating the training/briefing function(s) including maintaining performance against the Annual Training Schedule.
This role has a specific focus on ensuring scheduling developing and delivering training.
**_Key Responsibilities: _**
- Module development for trainings based on the approved training and development plan.
- Facilitate or conduct of the approved training program.
- Handle the administrative and logistic function of all the training programs
- Create a calendar of employee activities that will generate employee engagement
- Handle on-boarding process facilitation for new employees and performance evaluation monitoring..

- **_**_Qualifications: _*
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or any related course
- With at least two (2) solid years of work experience in Human resources in the areas of Training and Development.
- Must be a team player, highly flexible, highly oriented, and willing to work in a dynamic organization.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills is required
- Attention to details, reliable, organized worker and must possess a high level of accountability

Schedule:
