**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must have exposure on the following areas;
1) Training and Development for Officer, Supervisory, Management and Executive Personnel
2) Recruitment and Staffing - Officer, Supervisory, Management and Executive Personnel
3) Labor Law Compliance
4) Employee Relations
5) Policies and Organizational Development
- Willing to render Overtime when needed

**Educational Qualification**:
Applicant should be a graduate of BS Psychology.
