HR Officer job description:Job Summary: As an HR Staff member, you will support various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to create a positive work environment and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in HR or a related field is a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.Can start ASAP!
