- Process company hiring by posting job ads, scheduling applicants for exam and interview
- Administer examination, score test and prepare Psychological Report
- Conduct initial interview and background investigation
- Update reports (e.g.
test and vacancy monitoring, Masterfile, etc.)
- Discuss Job Offer and facilitate onboarding process
- Facilitate Training and Orientation
- Other duties and responsibilities related to Hiring and Selection/ Training and Development
- A resident of dagupan or nearby municipalities
- Can start ASAP
