Hr Officer

Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.Manage employee records and ensure proper documentation of contracts, benefits, and other employment-related paperwork.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and appraisals.Assist in employee training and development programs.Address employee queries regarding benefits, compensation, and company policies.Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.Assist in conflict resolution and maintain records of employee relations issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.at least 6 months of experience in an HR or administrative role.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.Proficient in HR software and MS Office.Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
