Details of the offer

RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION (30% High)
Receives PRF and checks required attachments.Source for candidates through the following.
a. Job posting to all web-based recruitment portals.
b. Process employee referral or internal hiring.
c. Coordinates with Marketing for Job Posters, Facebook Career Page and Website.
d. Attends Job Fairs and career events.
e. Coordinate with PESO Office and Schools to tie-up with for recruitment purpose.
f. Coordinates with external recruitment partners
Screen applicants, conduct interviews and administer pre-employment Exams. Maintain talent bank for future vacancy needs.Endorses applicant for final interview.Conduct Employment Background checking and request for residence check.Prepares and endorses Employment Approval for Rank & File.Prepares Salary & Benefit Composition andMonitors completion of requirements and checks the authenticity of the documents submitted.Updating of SSS, PAG-IBIG and PHILHEALTH membership.Prepares contract, NDA, ID, ATM Forms, and uniform requests.Encodes employee data to Payroll System.Maintain 201 files and manage other HRAD Records.
POST-EMPLOYMENT (5% Low)
Prepares Acceptance of Resignation.Routing of Clearance and monitors status of Final Pay.Conducts Exit Interviews for Rank & File.Request Final pay/Releasing of Final Pay.Prepares Certificate of Employment.
TIMEKEEPING AND PAYROLL COORDINATION (20% Medium High)
Collate all Timekeeping forms for Encoding.Generate attendance logs and collate logbook attendance.Process employee timesheets and attendance summary using payroll system.Coordinates Payroll Accounting any concerns pertaining to Salary adjustment.Prepares employee deduction Summary.Monitoring of Leave credits.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT MONITORING (5% Low)
Spearhead and monitor Performance Appraisal.Spearhead and monitor performance of those under Probationary Employment.Working closely with various departments in assisting supervisors and managers with matters concerning employee performance and productivity.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS (20% Medium High)
Address/endorse to HRAD Heads employee concerns.Handles minor and major Administrative/Disciplinary Cases.Process cash advances and bank loan application of employees.Work with Audit regarding findings of non-compliance.Updating of Employee's bulletin boardAssists in organizing Trainings and Company Events.
BENEFITS CLAIMS (5% Low)
Process all received SSS and PAG-IBIG Loans, including other benefit claims such as sickness and maternity.Endorses Bank Loans and Cash Advance Loans.Manage Employer's government online account.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT (4% Low)
• Assist HRAD heads for Training Need Analysis based on the results of performance Appraisal and recommendations.

ADMINISTRATION (5% Low)
Monitors office supplies request.Performs general Admin works.
REPORTS (3% Low)
Endorsement of employees for RegularizationExit Interview ResultsHeadcount Report (Weekly)Monthly Attendance Report (Tardiness/Leave Summary Report)List of Birthday Celebrators (Monthly)Performance Appraisal results summary (Quarterly)
