Hr Officer

Graduate of BSBA Human Resource or BS Psychology with at least experience in handling manpower in hiring and training and ability to handle payroll.

Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees within the assigned Branch.
Attends to recruitment procedures, and implements its policies, for Branch Personnel and Crew.
Conducts regular and consistent performance evaluation on Branch Personnel and Crew.
Upholds company policies and procedures within the area of responsibility and at all times.
Administers government mandated benefits to and for Branch Personnel.
Maintains, updates and protects the personnel records of Branch Personnel and Crew.
Ensured proper wage and salary administration to Branch Personnel and Crew, in accordance to company policies and guidelines.
Conducts proper basic orientation and training for Branch Crew.
Orients van personnel/crew on the proper product handling, food preparation and customer service.
Provides full support to the Operations Department.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Willing to report in the head office and trained before starting of work
