Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field Proven experience as HR Officer, administrator or other HR position Knowledge on HR functions (Recruitment and Training & Development) Understanding of HR Ethics and Practices Tech Savvy, Analytical and Detail-Oriented Experience in Online Reporting Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills Leadership and Management Skills Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude Work well under pressure Strong ethics and reliability P15,000-P30,000/monthly Hiring criteria You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
