Hr Officer

Responsibilities:
This position is accountable for the sourcing, screening, selection and deployment of the right candidate for any open post. The position is responsible for maintaining employees' file from hiring to termination of employment and giving assistance to training-related matters. The position will also be responsible for planning and organizing employee engagement activities in collaboration with employee groups. Responsible for Recruitment a. Sourcing of Candidates

Responsible for New Employee Induction Employee File Maintenance Training & Development Employee Engagement Occupational Health & Safety Required Skills and Knowledge Excellent organizational, administrative, customer service and personal management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office applications At least 5 years work experience in recruitment function Experience in service industry is a plus Must be a College graduate, preferable with a degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
