Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Equivalent

3years plus solid experience in all HR functions

Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolutions

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindsetGood understanding of labor laws

Is a self-starter and solutions-oriented person

Has initiative and is driven toward quality outputs
