Santiago Shipyard and Shipbuilding Corporation located at Barangay, Consolacion is looking for an applicant for Human Resource Officer. The qualifications are as follows: College preferably a graduate in Psychology or any related Social Science Courses; Excellent in oral and in written communication; Has excellent interpersonalskills;Has extensive knowledge with respect to government mandatory contribution and its processes; Having knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines and other related laws involving employer-employee relationship is an advantage; Has experienced in handling labor disputes is an advantage; Trustworthy; Can work without supervision.
