Hr Officer

Will direct report to HR Supervisor- Assisting the following functions:Ø Recruitment and StaffingØ Aligns, monitor, and updates employee requirements/ 201 filesØ Conduct orientation to new employees, developments and trainings; policy development and documentation.Ø Conduct interview for new applicants as well as exit interviewØ Compensation and benefits administration (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig)- Record keeping and proper filing of confidential files- Attendance monitoring and recording- Resolves issues between management and employees- Counseling and discipline for all employees- Maintain quarterly performance evaluation tracking system- Prepares employment documentation- Represents company on labor related cases- Oversees development, updating organizational structure, job description and HR system- Ensuring that high standard of company policy, rules, and regulations well followed by all employees.- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by immediate superior.Schedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
