Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Implement and maintain organizational structure with clearly defined responsibilities and authority as guided by the Management; Oversee in the review of business/functional plans together to determine manning implication in the Company; Conduct manpower forecasting (short and long term) indicating timetables per department; Coordinate with the different department managers / supervisors; Oversee in ensuring that all vacancies are covered with an approved personnel requisition form before an employee is hired; Ensure the establishment of database for recruitment purposes to efficiently provide manpower requirements of different departments; Review personnel requisition and endorse for the approval of the President; Conduct interview, review documents submitted, assess employment exam results and recommend applicant/s for approval by the President; Oversee in the preparation of the training and employee development plan; Review the training needs assessment (TNA) for employees; Develop action plans to ensure that programs are in-line with Company objective and that targets are being met; Review the prepared training design based on the approved training and development activities; Oversee the Implementation of the training activities based on the approved design and budget; Evaluate all the employee training and development activities and provide appropriate recommendation to the Management; Regularly review and update compensation scheme, benefits and rewards; Facilitate, process and render to employees the pertinent, definite and accurate compensation and benefits provided to them by the Management; Establish and maintain open communication with employees to resolve work-related problems, provide disciplinary actions in accordance with the Company policies; Assess, support, propose and implement enhancements and group processes to win a healthy and productive working relationship; Ensure compliance with the Labor Laws and Code in order to establish quality professional relationship between the personnel and management; Oversee the updating and maintenance of 201 files of all employees; Ensure safety of company confidential records and documents; and Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications: Human Resource, Psychology graduate or any business-related courses. 5 years or more supervisory work experience, preferably from a wholesale distribution and trucking company. Pleasing personality and positive attitude. Good communication skills (both written and oral). Willing to work extended hours. Applicants must be willing to work in Ma-a, Davao City.
